The Guide story sleuths are looking for your story! Enter the 2008 Norma R. Youngberg Writing Contest and tell us how you have "detected" God working in your life or the life of someone you know. You could receive a cash prize and be published in the magazine. Plus your story might be the clue that points someone to Jesus. You don’t have to be Sherlock Holmes to know that’s a great idea!First prize: $100 • Second prize: $75 • Third prize: $50 Story categories: action/adventure, personal insight/growth, humorous situation, inspirational, Christian role model, nature.Contest rules: You must be between the ages of 10 and 14 to enter. Limit one entry per person. Your story must be 750 to 1,200 words long. Stories must be true and contain a Christian character-building aspect.All submissions must include the following information: 1. Your name, address, phone number, e-mail address (if you have one), and date of birth. 2. Same information for your parent or guardian (except date of birth!). 3. Story category.
