This week I recruited some of my neighbor girls to serve as "models" for Real magazine. Of course, I promised them a free subscription to reward them for their efforts! We had a lot of fun shooting pictures at different spots around the neighborhood.

One of the girls told me at the beginning, "I don't read magazines." But after I'd taken about six pictures of her sitting on her bed reading the magazine, she was so engrossed in one of the stories that she hardly noticed when I told her it was time for a new location! Since these kids don't get Guide each week at church, maybe they didn't know how much fun magazines can be!

Another girl quickly figured out a great use for Real magazine. "Let's take pictures of one kid sharing it with another kid after they're finished!" she suggested. So we did.
