Jealousy

Jealousy is something we have all experienced. When you are jealous of someone else, you show the world that you do not value who you are. Don’t hate appreciate! But don’t take my word for it . . .

• ”Do not let your heart envy sinners, but always be zealous for the fear of the Lord” (Proverbs 23:17).
• ”A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones” (Proverbs 14:30).
• ”You are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and quarreling among you, . . . are you not acting like mere men?” (1 Corinthians 3:3).
• “Resentment kills a fool, and envy slays the simple” (Job 5:2).
