Complaining

If you don’t have anything good to say, bite your tongue instead of other people. It’s just as easy to find the good in life as the bad. But don’t take my word for it . . .

• "Don’t grumble against each other, brothers, or you will be judged. The Judge is standing at the door!" (James 5:9).
• "Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe" (Philippians 2:14, 15).
• "Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus" (1 Thessalonians 5:18).
