Anger

Anger is a natural emotion. But much like the atom, which is also natural, when it explodes there can be a lot of damage. God wants us to be in control of all our emotions. It’s the mature thing to do–the more you grow up, the less you blow up!

• "A fool gives full vent to his anger, but a wise man keeps himself under control" (Proverbs 29:11).
• "Do not be quickly provoked in your spirit, for anger resides in the lap of fools" (Ecclesiastes 7:9).
• " ‘In your anger do not sin’: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold" (Ephesians 4:26 , 27).
